The Berman Selene Clit Pump Review

So it's time to take a look at the ever mysterious clitoris pump, the Berman (as in Oprah's sex mentor pal, Dr. Berman) 'Selene' vibrating clit pump.

I really genuinely feel that the whole area of pumping sex toys for women is overlooked somewhat. Most of these pumps have vibrators, cost under $30, and add a completely different physical sensation compared to what you get with a plain vibrator by itself.

The Selene clitoral pump comes in at a very affordable $26, and it comes in a nice discreet package.

Inside you'll find a fairly cute little pink device that looks a little different from pumps I've seen before (like the one in our clit pump guide). Instead of a just a cup with a vibrator stuck in the back, the Berman model has a slightly extended (yet too short to call a wand) shaft that you can hold onto, while directing the 'head' of the vibrator and suction cup to your clitoris.

This bit of extended reach is much appreciated, you can relax and enjoy the sex toy on your clitoris more easily, with less effort. You get a couple of silicone gaskets that you use to make a better seal, but you can even get some decent suction on the clit without the silicone.

The vibrator offers multiple speeds, and works as well as any micro bullet style vibrator motor, it's pretty good! The power comes from 2 AAA batteries.

Suction comes from the usual squeeze bulb pumped by hand. The bulb and hose for the pump are just as pink as the multispeed vibrator, and seem fairly well attached to each other, but I'd still treat them with care.

Washing isn't too much of a chore, but as always, a bit harder because there's more than one piece. Luckily, the vibrator suction head of the clit pump doesn't get inserted, so it shouldn't be too messy (but you never know I guess *wink*).

Quality: Decent construction, easy to use.

Overall: A nice little clit pump that gets the job done nicely without much effort, vibration and suction are great together, as always!
